By purchasing and downloading any product from ConstructionMarkupTools.com, you agree to the following licence terms.

Grant of Licence

Construction Markup Tools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the downloaded toolset files for your own professional construction markup workflows.

Permitted Uses

• Use the symbols for markup on construction drawing files in Bluebeam Revu.
• Use the symbols in annotated PDF deliverables provided to clients.
• Use the symbols across multiple projects for the licensed user.

Restricted Uses

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the downloaded symbol files with third parties outside of your organisation.
• You may not rebrand or repackage the toolsets for resale.
• You may not claim ownership of the symbols or represent them as your original work for commercial sale.

Team Use

Individual licences cover a single user. If you need to deploy the toolset across multiple users within your organisation, please contact us to discuss a team or multi-seat licence.

Intellectual Property

All symbol designs, tool configurations, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Construction Markup Tools. Purchase grants a licence to use the files, not ownership of the underlying designs.
