Digital Product Refund Policy
All products sold on ConstructionMarkupTools.com are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or access to the download link has been provided.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged incorrectly or a duplicate charge was made.
- You did not receive your download link after purchase due to a technical error on our side.
Before You Buy
We offer a free sample download so you can test the PNG image-markup format and symbol quality before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to download and place the free sample in Bluebeam before purchasing any paid package.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
